Vinification: Manually harvested in September, the vinification starts with a 6 days contact on the skin with fermented in open-top vat, no temperature control. In the beginning the juice is pumped over the cap frequently. The wine aged for 12 months in tonnoux (500 litres)

Small, cylindrical and thick, rimarkably winged. Small-sized elongated juicy berries with skin covered by a thick bloom’s.
Straw yellow colour and copper hues. In the nose is very elegant and complex with spring white flowers breezes and notes of apricot. Ageing it acquires a bready aroma.
